Veronica is a dedicated legal professional specializing in immigration law. She has extensive experience handling a wide range of immigration matters, including K-1 Fiancé Visas, National Visa Center (NVC) cases, Adjustment of Status, U-Visas, VAWA petitions, Asylum applications, I-130 family-based petitions, and Guardianship petitions.
In addition to her expertise in immigration law, Veronica actively supports our attorneys in both Immigration Court and the Criminal Courts of Washoe County, assisting in cases involving both juvenile and adult defendants.
Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, Veronica is currently pursuing her master’s degree at the University of Nevada, Reno. Her dedication to expanding her legal knowledge enables her to better serve clients and navigate the complexities of immigration and criminal law.
