President Barack Obama’s lofty hope of enacting Immigration Reforms during his first term of office have not been successful. Were he to be re elected there is a possibility of reforms during his second term. Especially with regards to the Dream Act which would allow children who entered the U. S. under age 16, have a high school diploma and are willing to provide service to the U.S. government.
